2015 has been an incredible year for me. I would like to thank Anchor Shop, Aesthetic Magazine, AMBY and the bands I've personally worked with for the many opportunities I've had to shoot. I've grown a lot as a photographer and I cannot wait to see what next year brings for me. Here are my favourite 15 images of the year. Enjoy!
15. Buddy Nielsen - Senses Fail
Date taken - March 29
This was the first concert I shot where there was an actual photo pit. After this show I decided to put up my website and start my photography business. I didn't know much about the band and was not expecting the frontman to be as energetic as he was. He never stopped moving and I was able to capture a lot of really different shots. I love when bands are exciting to watch.

14. Take Me To The Pilot
Date taken - June 16
This photo made the list becasuse this was TMTTP's farewell show. They were and currently still are my favourite local band (from Winnipeg, MB). My favourite thing about TMTTP shows was that everyone would come out and support the band; it was like a big reunion with all of my friends from the local music scene. Their last show was no different...just more emotional. I'm so glad I was able to make this show and sing along one last time with my best friends.

13. Lolo
Date taken - Novemeber 15
There's no particular reason for this photo, I just love how it turned out.

12. Dave Grant - Poor Young Things
Date taken - Novemeber 14
Whenever a member of the band jumps into the crowd I always miss the shot - not this time!

11. Vincent Nugent - Commencing Human Desperation
Date taken - August 8
I had the pleasure of working with these guys over the summer. Their shows were always a ton of fun and I only got caught up in the mosh pit once. Here's one from Winnipeg's annual Throwdown in the Dirt.

10. Jake Duhaime - Citizen
Date taken - October 28
Drummers are always hard to photograph. I love the colours in this one.

9. Chris Caines - Coasts
Date taken - February 11
I love close ups.

8. Marcus Bridge - Northlane
Date taken - August 11
There were at least 7 moments where I almost broke my camera. I still have a scar from being hit.

7. Frank Iero
Date taken - February 25
I got a lot of attention for this photo. I guess shooting an ex-member of My Chemical Romance was a big deal. I was only approved for this show an hour before doors and almost didnt make it.

6. Kamron Bradbury - Beartooth
Date taken - July 26
Beartooth became one of my favourite bands this year. They know how to put on a show and their fans are crazy. I got my first concussion at one of their shows.

5. Dave Stephans - We Came As Romans
Date taken - July 26
Shooting Warped Tour was incredible. 1 day, 100+ bands, and over 1000 photos taken.

4. Oliver Sykes - Bring Me The Horizon
Date taken - October 8
My favourite show of the year. The energy in the venue was insane and Oli is probably my favourite human to photograph. This isnt the only photo from this show to make this list.

3. Winston McCall - Parkway Drive
Date taken - November 12
I got into this show last minute and it was a killer lineup. This show sold out weeks before and I had a lot of fun running around shooting.

2. Circa Survive
Date taken - October 28
Crowd shots are fun.

1. Oliver Sykes - Bring Me The Horizon
Date taken - October 8
This is one of those photos that I can't believe I took. I've a long way this year. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me; I'm so excited to bring you more great photos in the new year.
